Dentist

Dr. Adam R. Culver D.M.D.

Treating patients like family and putting their needs first are top priorities for Dr. Adam Culver. As a Glendale, Arizona native, Dr. Culver sincerely enjoys working within the community and building relationships with his patients.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Leadership from Arizona State University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University. When not treating patients, Dr. Culver teaches part-time as an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Arizona Dental Association. Each year, Dr. Culver spends a considerable amount of time learning new techniques and procedures to provide the very best, up-to-date care. Outside of the office, Dr. Culver enjoys camping and spending time with his family, friends, his two kids and German Shepherd Bruce. Dr. Culver is committed to providing the highest quality care to each of his patients and hopes to meet you soon!

Dr. Tyler R. Ehrick D.M.D.

Treating patients like family and putting their needs first are top priorities for Dr. Tyler Ehrick. Born in Minnesota, but having lived in the Phoenix area since he was 4 years old, Dr. Ehrick considers himself an Arizona native. He loves working within the community and building relationships with his patients.

Dr. Ehrick graduated from Thunderbird High School achieving the prestigious President’s Scholarship to attend Arizona State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education with Emphasis in Chemistry graduating Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Ehrick started his career teaching high school chemistry at Westwood High School in Mesa, AZ and Willow Canyon High School in Surprise, AZ before pursuing his true calling in dentistry by earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University.

Dr. Ehrick holds memberships through the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry and the Arizona Dental Association. Each year, Dr. Ehrick spends a considerable amount of time learning new techniques and procedures in order to provide the very best, up-to-date care. Dr. Ehrick and his team focus on oral disease prevention and conservative patient-centered care.

Beyond the dental practice, Dr. Ehrick finds joy in spending cherished moments with his beloved wife Stephanie and their two delightful children, Sophia and Andrew. Despite the rollercoaster of emotions that come with being a sports enthusiast in Arizona, Dr. Ehrick remains a steadfast supporter of his alma mater, the ASU Sun Devils, and local professional sports teams. Hailing from Wisconsin, Dr. Ehrick inherited a deep-rooted passion for the Green Bay Packers and the University of Wisconsin Badgers, which he continues to fervently uphold. Dr. Ehrick is dedicated to delivering top-tier care to each of his patients and looks forward to meeting you soon!

Dr. Tom Wais D.D.S.

Dr. Tom Wais joined the practice in November of 2017 after retiring in August of 2015. He works with us part time on Mondays and Tuesday, and he brings over fifty years of experience in dentistry with him.

He loves working with people to help them with their dental health, and he missed the relationships with patients which promoted him to come out of retirement. Dr. Wais has had extensive training in many areas of dentistry which have given him the skills to deal with TMJ issues and the complexities of how the teeth should fit together. Dr. Wais is also a fellow of the Misch Implant Institute and a Level IV graduate of the Orthognathic Bioesthetics Curriculum. He is very well versed to help you with any of your dental problems.
